Talk about how you are professionally (respectful, responsible, etc.) and keep your personal life out of it; your interviewer isn't asking about your hobbies, family, etc.
2. "What's your biggest weakness?"
Your interviewer is trying to identify any red flags and also wants to gauge your honesty and self-awareness. Strike a balance by thinking of something you struggle with and are looking to improve.
3. "Why should we hire you?"
In your answer mention the fact that you can not only do the job, but you can deliver great results; that you can fit in with the rest of the staff and the atmosphere; and that you would be a better hire than any other candidates because of your attitude.
4. "How would your boss and co-workers describe you?"
Answer truthfully because they will call your boss! Pull out traits and strengths that you have not discussed yet.
5. "How do you deal with stressful situations?"
PIck an answer the proves you can deal with stressful situations head-on in a positive and productive manner. Talk about your tactics for dealing with stress and then give an example of a time that you faced a pressuring situation.
