How do I pay for school supplies and device insurance?

You can send the $20 school supply fee in an envelope in your child's backpack. If you wish to purchase device insurance for $20, you can send that as well (2 separate payments, please). If you'd prefer to pay online, here's the link- https://osp.osmsinc.com/springdaleAR

There is a small convenience fee the company charges to pay online.

Other changes we are making to keep everyone safe...

This is a great opportunity to make some changes that will help our school stay safe. For example, students should either be walkers or car riders at the end of the day. A walker is a student who leaves the school and walks all the way home. We have had many issues with parents parking on streets surrounding the school (creating traffic problems) and crowding around the Kindergarten end of the building to pick up walkers. Due to numerous safety concerns plus the need to maintain social distancing, we will no longer have parents come up to the school during dismissal to get "walkers". We will have staff members escort walkers to exit the premises. If you would like to walk home with your child, you will need to establish a meeting place at the end of the car rider line exit or on the sidewalk on McRay. We have a plan to ensure older siblings who walk with younger siblings will meet up with them. If you want to pick your child up in a car, your child should be a car rider.

Also, we will open the doors and start unloading car riders at 7:30 in the mornings. Children are not allowed to be dropped off on the porch before 7:30. Students must stay in their cars in the car rider line (feel free to pull up until there are 8 cars in front of the cross walk) until a school employee comes outside to start unloading. No parent should park in the parking spaces to drop off- all cars should be in the car rider line. Students should be wearing face coverings when they exit the vehicles.

We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we make changes that will help keep our students and families safe.
