Spring Weather
We all know how unpredictable Minnesota weather can be! Please remember to still send warm clothes (boots, jackets, gloves, and hats) for your child to wear for Recess. Although it may be warming up...it is still quite wet!
Star of the Week
When your child is Star of the Week, I will send home a poster the week before for them to complete. They can draw pictures or use real pictures. Please have them return the poster the following Monday for sharing. For that week they will be line leader and calendar helper. On Friday of that week they can bring in *one show and tell item to share with the class.
Supplies in Need
Crayons (24 crayon packs)
Thanks again for those of you that have donated some already! It is greatly appreciated!
Birthdays
At Crestview Elementary School we take time during morning announcements to highlight students who are celebrating their birthdays. This includes announcing their names and grade levels over the school wide intercom system. If for any reason you do not want your child’s name and birthday announced, please reach out to Janet Ellis, Office Coordinator, in our front office and she will make note of the request.
A reminder that due to life threatening allergies students should not be bringing birthday treats to school this year.
