Wellbeing at Western
March 2020
How are you today?
At Western we want you to know that we are thinking about you and your children, wondering how you are managing, wondering if you are well and wanting you to know that we will continue to support you as best we can. Never has taking care of our mental health and wellbeing been so important.
In this newsletter we want to offer some suggestions on practical things you can do to support your child and ideas for looking after your own wellbeing too.
If you are struggling with your mental health please talk to somebody, whether that is a family member, friend or professional. Don’t suffer alone.
Please contact the School Office if you need support and one of our Care, Guidance and Support Team will get back to you as soon as they can.
