Principal's Message
I would like to thank our parents, students and staff for a great start to our school year thus far. October was a very busy month, and we want to thank you for partnering with us to ensure your child receives the best education and experience possible. With that said, we have designated the character trait for November to be TEAMWORK.
We have asked our staff to incorporate this theme into their lessons and help facilitate this character trait within our clubs and organizations. We realize the importance of teamwork and know that when we work together anything is possible.
Our staff is working diligently in the areas of academic student success as well as social emotional growth. We continue to invite you to collaborate with us through the process.
November is a great time to slow down and count our blessings. I encourage everyone to take time for themselves and their families during our November break.

Counselor's Corner
We are excited to visit our 8th grade students in their history classes this month. We will be introducing them to our college and career readiness program Virtual Job Shadowing.
They will utilize this software to expose them to various careers and colleges.
The guidance lesson for the month of November will focus on self-management and social skills. The students will be acquiring skills in conflict resolution, communication, and problem solving.

Parent Institute: "Fall into Reading"
Please make plans to attend our Parent Institute session on Thursday, Nov. 11th, 2021.
Both sessions will be held virtually through Google Meets:one from 8:30am - 10:30am and the other from 1pm - 3pm.

PSAT
Students previously registered to take the PSAT will take it on Wednesday, Nov. 10th at 8am in the Practice Gym.
