Sherwood Middle School
December 5, 2021 Update
We hope you are having a great weekend so far. We want to wish a Happy Hanukkah to those in our community who are celebrating.
As a community, we were excited to embark on a new month, and a new core value for December: Acceptance. We take time each morning during Morning Meeting to reflect on our core values of the month and think about ways we can live them out both as individuals and as a team.
We encourage our students and staff to wear their Patriots gear on Monday in support of the Patriots who take on the Buffalo Bills on Monday night.
Enjoy the rest of your weekend!

5th Grade Virtual Author Visit
This Thursday December 9th, some of our 5th graders will be having a Zoom visit with author Hena Khan. She has offered to sign book plates for any of our students, whether they are joining in for the Zoom visit or not. If you would like to purchase copies of Ms. Khan's books (with the signed book plates included), you may do so through Tatnuck Bookseller any time before December 10th at the following link: https://www.tatnuck.com/henakhan.
Please select "In Store Pick Up" when you check out, and where it says, "Add a note," please write your child's team name and if you would like the book signature personalized, please also write to whom Ms. Khan should sign the book. The listed prices at Tatnuck include a 20% discount just for our students, and cannot be combined with any other offer. Your child's books will be delivered to their homeroom once they arrive.
