STEM PLC Norms
Purpose: Explore STEM and PBL best practice & instructional strategies. Analyze & monitor student performance. Learn and grow as a team. We will stick to our agenda. Please discuss any potential agenda items by Monday of each week with Ms. Clark.
Engagement: All attendees have meaningful participation and contributions. No cell phone usage please.
Record Keeping: A designated note-taker will record STEM PLC learning & decisions on a Google Doc in the campus team drive. Team leaders will communicate with team members not in attendance each week.
Questions or concerns regarding the STEM program, students, or teachers should be brought up during PLC time for discussion and resolution.

Upcoming Events
This week: STEM Academy guest visit. We may bring our guests to one of our campuses for a tour.
January 16: 8th Grade STEM Parent Night at KMS at 6:00 p.m. in the cafeteria. Students and parents will receive information about the KHS STEM Academy, dual credit opportunities, endorsements, and more. Teachers may attend if they choose to do so.
January 31 - 8th Grade Field Experience to NASA 8:30 - 2:00. Only the 8th grade science teacher will attend.
January 31 - Elementary STEM Fair 4:30 at SECA
February 12 - STEM Teacher Planning Day
