The Creatures
Of Glenridge's Courtyard
The Menaces and The Magnificents
Beautiful Butterflies
The Monarch butterflies fly through Glenridge with amazing grace. They fly high, they fly low, they fly everywhere you go. These beautiful butterflies can migrate hundreds of miles!
Itsy-Bitsy Spider
These queer spiders are invading the Glenridge courtyard. Under the trees in the courtyard you may find a spider starring back at you! Though they may look scary don't be wary, for these spiders are good and eat the bugs in our school.
Dragonflies Everywhere
The dragonflies roam the courtyard freely. Dragonflies are beautiful little creatures that fly around Glenridge. But don't worry they don't bite, unless you are an insect.
Marching One By One
Beware where you walk, ants are everywhere! These little guys hurt! So be wary where you go for the ants go marching one by one. One by one.
Bees Attack
The bees are everywhere! Buzzing around your ear, flying through your hair! Beware the bees watch where you walk. One day one flew into my lunch box! Beware the bees or you shall be stung.
Invasive Lizards
The Brown Anole is an invasive species, that means it is not native to Florida. They are killing and outnumbering the native Green Anole, which you rarely see now. The beautiful Green Anole may soon be extinct. But the Brown Anoles are mostly harmless. They might bite but most likely you will not bleed.
