Required Self-Certification Form Before Next Week
I want to clarify the correct form the district is requiring to fill out for ALL hybrid students, one time only, before Monday (1/25). The form that must be filled out and submitted is called COVID-19 Self-Certify - Jan 25 and is in Skyward. It is not the Daily Wellness Screening form with the yes/no responses. If you have not yet filled out the correct form, please click here for directions on how to access the correct form and fill/submit before Monday.
Once completed you will not need to fill out the Daily Wellness Screening form anymore. Then your child(ren) will receive a special backpack tag by the end of next week that signifies you have filled out the COVID-19 Self-Certify - Jan 25 form. The tag is to help remind you to check your child(ren) for symptoms daily. This is a district requirement and failure to comply will result in your child not being allowed in the school building so remember to fill it out this weekend if you have not. Thank You!
FYI - Student Council Representation in Grades 3, 4 & 5
At Park View, Students in third, fourth and fifth grades have the opportunity to participate in Student Council as Representatives. For those students who want to run for Student Council Classroom Representatives, they will need to complete an application after the Board elections on Tuesday. Three students will be chosen to represent each class based on their application. Please encourage your child to take on this leadership role!
Bus Zone Thursdays & Fridays!
We will begin using our bus zone Thursdays & Fridays before and after school. This means you cannot park in the bus zone at the front of the school on the North end. We will put cones out to alert you not to park or drop off students in this zone. This is a change so please adhere to the cones and do not park in the bus zone on Thursdays and Fridays. Also, remember you must stop when the bus driver flips the stop sign open on the bus.
Thank you for keeping our Panthers safe and following the law.
