Instructional Resource... Instructional Framework
New CTAE Teachers, an instructional framework is a schedule of what the students will be doing during each class period. It is also basically a map of your lesson. The framework is separated into three parts: (1) opening, (2) work session and (3) closing.
I have included two example attachments below of the items that could fall under each section.
FY20 CTAE System-Wide Goals
1. Grow CTAE Advisory Boards
- Partnering with Community and Stakeholders (2.3)
2. Increase CTSO Membership/Develop Leaders
- Partnering with Students (2.1)
- Partnering with Parents (2.1)
3. Increase EOPA Scores by 15%
- Student Acheivement: Post-School Readiness, Increase Content Mastery, Increase Post-Secondary Options (1)

FY20 CTAE School-Level Goals
- Increase Advisory Board Participation by 20%
- Increase the EOPA Pass Rate by 35%
- Identify and run a FBLA Region Officer and FFA Area Officer
- Increase FBLA membership to 15% of school population (totaling 101 members)
- Increase the Pathway Completers retention rate by 25%
- Increase Work-Based Learning Enrollment to 45 students
- Increase positive perception and impact of CTAE at both Appling and Northeast
- Successfully pass the JPA (JROTC Program Accreditation)
- Increase HOSA membership to 8% of total school population (totaling 50 active members)
- Maintain FFA membership at 100% per state guidelines.
- Increase the school awareness of the WBL Program
- Reignite the Northeast Bibb FFA Alumni Chapter
