8th Annual San Antonio Writing Project Teacher's Conference

Keynote Speaker: Guadalupe Garcia McCall

Inspiring and award winning author of Under the Mesquite and The Summer of the Mariposa's, Guadalupe Garcia McCall will speak about writing, teaching, and life. Mrs. McCall is a teacher herself, and her life as an author began from the writing she did with her students.

The conference will include also include multiple breakout sessions with presentations by SAWP Teacher Consultants of successful teaching strategies from their classrooms.

Recommended books will be available for purchase. All Teachers and Administrators are welcome to attend this free conference.
