ASVAB Test Sign Up Here

The ASVAB test will be conducted on November 17, 2020, from 9:00am to 12:30pm, in a face-to-face setting; in the JROTC classroom or in a designated area on campus. The ASVAB is a paper and pencil test provided by the Armed Services at no cost.

UT Outreach SA is a pre-college program in the Division of Diversity and Community Engagement at The University of Texas at Austin. Its mission is to foster a college-going culture by providing college awareness & academic readiness skills to eligible 9th-12th grade students. The program’s goals are two-fold:

  • to increase the number of high school students enrolling in college
  • to encourage and support admissible students to apply and matriculate to UT Austin

Hi, my name is Mrs. Montaño, Brackenridge Trinity Advisor!

Trinity University College Advising Corps aims to increase the number of low-income, first-generation, and underrepresented students entering and completing higher education. By placing recent Trinity graduates as college advisers in local San Antonio-area high schools, advisers work full-time with high school students and assist them with planning their college searches, completing college admissions and financial aid applications, and enrolling at schools that will serve them well.

Dell Scholarship

You could be one click away from receiving $20,000!!

Criteria for eligibility:

  • Participating in a Michael & Susan Dell Foundation approved college readiness program in grades 11 and 12
  • Graduating from an accredited high school this academic year
  • Earning a minimum of a 2.4 GPA
  • Demonstrated need for financial assistance
  • Eligible to receive a federal Pell grant in first year of college
  • Planning to enroll full-time in a bachelor's degree program at an accredited higher education institution in the fall directly after your graduation from high school

The application processes for each San Antonio Area Foundation scholarship falls under three different types of categories and totals to more than 100 scholarships!

Eligibility requirements vary so be sure to click on Individual Applications and create an account before applying to each scholarship!

Baumberger Scholarship

Opens On December 1st & Closes On February 15th

To be eligible an applicant must:

1. be a graduating senior (Class of 2021) of an accredited (TEA) high school within Bexar County,Texas.
2. have resided in Texas for at least ten (10) years by August 1, 2021.
3. achieve a minimum total score of 1080 on the SAT using the Evidence-based Reading/Writing and Math scores only, or composite of 22 on the ACT.
4. rank in the upper one-half of high school graduating class.
5. be unable to attend college without financial assistance.
6. plan to attend a state-supported or non-denominational college or university within the State of Texas.
7. be of good character.
