Students Now Have the Capability to Reset Their Own Passwords
All Students Need to Enroll in the Password Reset Program
After students complete their initial login to the the network/computer, students need to enroll in the AdTools Password Reset Program. This will allow them to reset their own password when they forget it.
Open your Internet browser, preferably Google Chrome.
- Go to http://adtools/PasswordReset.
- Click “Enroll.”
- Type your username where indicated.
- Type your password where indicated.
- Select 3 security questions and answer all 3 where indicated.
- Click on “Next.”
- Click on “Finish.”
- You are now enrolled to UNLOCK your account to change/reset your own password whenever necessary.

IF A STUDENT NEVER ENROLLED IN THE PASSWORD RESET PROGRAM AND HAS FORGOTTEN HIS/HER PASSWORD, THEN MRS. MADISON OR MRS. MCLEMORE WILL NEED TO COMPLETE THE RESET. THEN THE STUDENT MUST ENROLL IN THE ADTOOLS RESET PROGRAM SO HE/SHE CAN TAKE CARE OF THEIR OWN PASSWORDS IN THE FUTURE.
How to Use the Password Reset Program: Unlocking Your Account
- When a student forgets his/her password, he or she needs to have access to a computer that is logged on.
- Go to http://adtools/PasswordReset
- Click on UNLOCK ACCOUNT.
- Follow the steps to unlock the account to reset/create a new password.
Things to Consider
This program is new; therefore, there will be glitches and issues. Please be patient as we continue to work out the kinks.
