Northwood News Oct. 31 - Nov. 4
Be Smart. Be Kind. Be United. Be a Unicorn.
Thank you for Choosing Northwood!
Dear Northwood Community,
Happy Halloween! We are having a great day of learning at Northwood today. If you go trick or treating this evening please be safe and have fun. Please do not let your child bring their Halloween candy to school tomorrow, as it may be distracting and take away from learning.
We are so excited for our Family Math Game and Greenback Night on Thursday evening. We are collecting donations to have a mural painted on the side of the old gym facing Rockhill. We hope that you will join us for lots of fun playing math games with your family on Thursday evening from 5:30-7:00pm (open house format) Your child will have a chance to win one of many of our door prizes just for attending. Please Click HERE for a link to the flyer with all of the information or see below for more information.
On Thursday, we also have a special visit from Author Bridget Heos during the school day. Students and been reading and previewing her books during their library time. If your child owns on of her books, they can bring it to school on Thursday for her to sign. We will not be selling any of her books this year.
Please be sure to read all the way to the end of the newsletter to find out about everything that is going on at Northwood and for important reminders.
Have a great week and thank you for your support!
Mrs. Harper
