Principal's Message
As many have experienced, our traffic situation has caused some delays in getting to and from school. Please know that we are aware of this and are working with our transportation department to identify solutions that may help. Thank you for your patience as it gets worked out.
We hope that you have a restful weekend and we are excited about our first full week of school next week!
Go Bowmen!

ORVED Registration Deadline Friday, September 15, 2021
After input from a community survey that was sent out and as COVID-19 case rates continue to rise with the spread of the Delta Variant, the District is offering an online opportunity through Oregon Virtual Education (ORVED), in partnership with the Northwest Regional Education Service District (NWRESD).
ORVED is a self-paced, student/parent based program that is set up to complete classes for credits towards graduation, on a trimester basis, just as in-person at SHS. Students who enroll in ORVED must commit to at least one full trimester of online learning.
Due to the nature of high school courses and students needing to earn credit, students who begin in-person at Sherwood High School cannot switch to ORVED mid-trimester. Instead, the deadline to enroll for trimester one ORVED classes must align with the schedule change deadline for all SHS students which is Wednesday, September 15th.
If you would like to enroll in ORVED please go to the ORVED Enrollment Form. Prior to enrolling, please carefully review ORVED FAQ Page on our website, to ensure this is a viable option for your student and family.
If you have questions, please email ORVED@sherwood.k12.or.us.
Bus Routes/Transportation
Bus routes are available on the district website. As well as information about the Ride 360 App, boundary maps, snow route information, and walk zone maps.
