HFRCS Newsletter SY2021-2022
June 14, 2022 - Vol.1 Issue 43
From the Principal's Office
Dear Parents and Guardians,
It is the final week of school, and we can hardly believe the school year is over! It has been a challenging year in many ways, but a good year overall. Thank you for all your support this school year. We work best as a team, and together we can do wonderful things for our students, your children.
Tomorrow afternoon, our 8th grade students will officially graduate from Holy Family Regional Catholic School. This much anticipated event will take place in church with Mass beginning at 4:00 PM followed by the Graduation Ceremony. We wish our graduates the very best in all they do, in high school and beyond!
On Thursday, June 16 at 9:30 AM in church, we will recognize the achievements of our students in grades 1-7 with our annual Awards Ceremony. Please join us if your schedule permits.
Friday, we will celebrate our Closing of School Mass at 9:30 AM. Please join us in praising and thanking God for the many blessings he has bestowed on our school community this year. We have much to be grateful for, and we do this best by coming together at the Eucharistic table.
On both Thursday, June 16 and Friday, June 17, we will have an early dismissal at 11:30 AM. Bussing home will only be provided by Neshaminy and Pennsbury School Districts. All other students must go home by car. Please make sure your child knows their car number. We would ask that everyone please be extra patient with car dismissal on these two days.
I would like to wish everyone a very safe, and happy summer vacation! Please remember to do your summer reading and the work packets provided by your teacher. Our school office will be open during the summer break. You can reach out to us Monday though Thursday, from 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns. You can look for periodic newsletters during the summer with reminders and updates.
Have a blessed summer! See you in September!
Sincerely Yours in Christ,
Mrs. Haggerty

What is the Mobile Fab Lab?
The Bucks IU Mobile Fab Lab is a transit van that contains equipment and standards-aligned lessons/ activities to engage students in grades 1-8 in digital fabrication and computer science learning. The Mobile Fab Lab visits schools for one-week residencies during the school year, engages teachers in professional learning on the topics of computer science and digital fabrication, and also collaborates with community organizations (like the libraries!) to bring the Fab Lab out in the community.

From the Enrollment Office
On behalf of the faculty and staff of Holy Family, congratulations to our 8th Grade Graduates on moving forward towards the next chapter of their lives. Their leadership and presence has been crucial for the rest of the students and they have left an indelible impact on the school. We wish them nothing but the absolute best as they continue their academic careers.
While seating is limited in some cases, we do still have some availability in most grades for the 2022-23 school year. If you, or anyone you know, is interested in touring the school over the summer, please contact the Enrollment Office to set one up. Tours during the summer can be scheduled Monday-Thursday from 9am-4pm.
Once more, I'd like to thank each and every one of our families who were new to HFRCS this year. We hope you've felt the warm embrace from the wonderful school community you're now a part of. Our gratitude for your support knows no bounds and we look forward to creating more memories next school year!
