Big Hollow School District #38 Vision and Mission Statements
Mission: Inspiring a diverse school community to be passionate and empathetic learners.
Starting April 4th, 3rd and 4th grade students at the elementary school will begin PARCC testing. Federal law requires the Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE) to administer certain assessments to all students who attend public schools in the state, including students who attend charter schools. Students will take the PARCC achievement exams in reading/language arts and mathematics each year from third through eighth grade. As a school, we encourage students to do their best on all assessments. You can help your child by making sure they get a good night's sleep and have a great breakfast. Please encourage your child to do their best.
