Mrs. Plass' 1st Grade Field Trip to the Pharmacy

Mr. Doshi visited Mrs. Plass' first grade class to share the role of the pharmacist. After showing and explaining different medicines, the first graders visited Dr. Jaylen to receive prescriptions. Then Mr. Doshi helped them fill the prescriptions by labeling and weighing Skittles for their medicine bottles. A special thanks to Mr. Doshi for such an interactive presentation and informative field trip!

Lion King Jr. Auditions

We had an incredible number of students try out for 12 different lead roles in this year's spring musical production. Lead roles will be announced on Wednesday, February 10th. Only the students who are selected for lead roles will be notified at the end of the day Wednesday and a letter will be sent home with them. An email announcement will follow after school has been dismissed. Although every student will participate in the school musical, it can be difficult for children to understand if they are not selected for a lead role, and we do not want children to feel sad or embarrassed by making an announcement in front of the entire school. We thank all of the students who auditioned, and appreciate your support at home!
