St. Louis Catholic School is Growing
St. Louis is growing and has been very blessed so far this year:
- Our enrollment is up for the first time in four years.
- We added a second Prek-4 class and have a strong waiting list for our PreK-3 class.
- Significant updates and improvements were made over the summer to upgrade the school's security. These updates were made possible by a gift given by the 2018 8th Grade Graduating Class.
- The locker rooms and bathrooms in our gym were remodeled and updated. A generous gift given by Mr. and Mrs. Robert Tunmire made this remodel project possible.
- A Junior Jazz Cat program has been created.
- A new elective course - Fantasy Sports - was added to the Junior High curriculum.
SLPA's Dine to Donate is TONIGHT!

Meet St. Louis/Reicher's German and Spanish Teachers!
Here's a little information about each of these teachers:
Meridith Sellers - I was born in Alice, Texas and grew up in Whitney, Texas. I went to Tarleton State University where I majored in Human Sciences and Minored in German. After graduation I moved to Austria and Germany for two years, where I worked as an AuPair by day and took German classes in the evenings. I studied German at the University of Vienna and at Bergische University in Wuppertal. I love teaching German and I am thrilled and honored to be a part of the St. Louis/Reicher Community!
Kristine Kelly - Saludos! I am the Spanish Teacher and Coordinator of Student Formation at Reicher Catholic High School. I was born in Massachusetts and I have lived about half of my life in Maine and New Hampshire and the other half in Texas. My husband and I have 4 sons, three daughter in laws and one granddaughter with another grand baby on the way! Our youngest son Chris is a fifth grader here at St. Louis. After living in New Hampshire for 19 years we moved back to Texas to put down roots again in this great state. I graduated from Texas Tech with a BA in Political Science and LAAS and a minor in Spanish. While at Texas Tech, I studied in an immersion program and lived in San Luis Potosí , Mexico. "Wreck 'em Tech!". I later received my Masters in Teaching Spanish from Rivier University in New Hampshire. I have always always loved the Spanish language and it's culture!
I am beginning my 19th year of teaching High School Spanish and my 4th year here at Reicher. It is my privilege to teach your students and I can't wait to have them here at Reicher full time! Thank you for welcoming me into the St. Louis family and for allowing me to teach Spanish to your students! I hope that you will feel welcome to reach out to me at any time and I look forward to a great year! Señora Kristine Kelly
