Weekly Calendar

All after school rehearsals are Monday (Treble) and Wednesday (T/B)

Varsity Treble is MONDAY and T/B is WEDNESDAY. Absences must be cleared ahead of time and entered into the conflict form. A grade will be taken. Excused absences must be approved BEFORE the rehearsal. Students can do a make up assignment that is due three days after the rehearsal.

UIL Performance Schedule

Below is the UIL performance schedule. Parents are welcome to attend the Stage performance and sightreading portion.


Wednesday April 20th: Klein Cain HS

Non Varsity Treble (1st period)

2:20 warm up; 2:40 Stage performance; 3:00 sightreading


Thursday, April 21st: Willis HS

Varsity Tenor Bass (2nd and 3rd period)

9:20am Warm up; 9:40 Stage performance; 10:00 Sightreading


Varsity Treble (3rd and 4th period)

12:20 Warm up; 12:40 Stage performance; 1:00 Sightreading


Varsity Mixed (3rd period)

1:40 Warm up; 2:00 Stage performance; 2:20 Sightreading

UIL Depart and return times; A detailed itinerary will be emailed

All Treble students need:
  • black closed toe dress shoes
  • black knee high hose

All Tenor bass students need:
  • black dress shoes with black soles
  • black socks


All dresses and tuxes MUST STAY at THS.


WEDNESDAY, APRIL 20th

1st period: Concert Treble

  • Meet 5th period: eat A lunch, change and warm up
  • Depart 6th period
  • Return at approximately 4:15pm and turn in dresses


THURSDAY, APRIL 21st

2nd period and 6th period: Concert Tenor/Bass

  • Meet at 7:00am
  • Depart at 8:00am
  • Return to THS 5th period (lunch provided on the bus)
  • Return to class 6th period


3rd period: Mixed Tenor/Bass

  • Meet at 7:00am
  • Depart at 8:00am
  • Lunch provided at WHS
  • Return to THS approximately 4:15pm and change (tuxes must be left at THS)


3rd, 4th & 6th period:Advanced and Mixed Treble

  • Meet 2nd period and change into dresses
  • Depart THS at approximately 10am
  • Lunch provided at WHS
  • Return to THS approximately 4:15pm and turn in dresses (dresses must be left at THS)

Mark Your Calendar: Trip Meeting 4/25

All students and chaperones going on the trip should be paid in full. Mark your calendars: There is a mandatory meeting for all parents of students attending the trip on Monday, April 25th at 6:30pm in the choir room. We will provide paperwork, itinererires and information on the trip. We will send out an email as the date gets closer.

Pop Show Auditions

  • Sign up genius will be sent out next week.
  • Solos or small groups must be less than 3 minutes or editable to 3 minutes
  • There are a limited number of slots.
  • Students must provide the lyrics and a cd or mp3 with NO VOICES.
  • We must have a copy of the lyrics.

Monday, April 25th, 2:45pm to Wednesday, April 27th, 4:30pm

Students interested in singing a solo or small group in the pop show must audition. They must sing WITHOUT a vocal back track and have a majority of it memorized.Students must have a sound file or youtube karaoke backtrack. We must see the lyrics ahead of time. We will send out a sign up genius later this week.
