Parent Visitation Day

Our annual Parent Visitation Day was a big success. We had 144 parents officially sign in and about 100 stayed for lunch. A special thanks for Mrs. Olivier for providing the entertainment and lunch! Thank you faculty for opening your doors to our parents. Parents enjoyed shadowing their kid and were overall impressed with what they saw, please read below for a sampling of the feedback received:

  • I really appreciate teachers opening up their classroom to us. I was able to see how my daughter needs to be well prepared everyday for her to succeed! I can connect/relate to what my daughter is learning. Thank you and I really enjoyed today!
  • I appreciate this opportunity to attend my son's classes. I am impressed by his teachers and quality of instruction, in spite of difficult working conditions.
  • It was very interesting to see the interaction between students/teachers. The teachers are relaxed and respectful. Students are engaged, participating, answering questions in an educated way. It almost felt that I was sitting in a college class. Students are smart!
  • Great event! Wonderful to be able to meet the teachers and see students in their environment. It is obvious that Olympian's mission is being lived and breathed in all of the classrooms!
  • Parent Visitation Day was really productive. I could see the quality and professionalism of each instructor.
  • It is heartbreaking to see large group of students for one teacher. My kids Math classes were packed. My hats up for those instructors who struggle each day to provide quality education.
  • I really enjoyed spending the day with my daughter. The rigor was amazing! I am so proud of her accomplishments and perseverance. Great day!
