Hamilton Southeastern Bands News
Week of October 27, 2019
Congratulations to RCG!
WOW!!!!!! We learned last night that we placed 37th out of the 84 bands at BOA this weekend and scored a 76.1 which is OUTSTANDING!!!!!!!!!! The Visual Effect judge actually had us IN FINALS with his score!! What an incredible testament to the hard work and the blood, sweat, tears, and passion that each of these AMAZING students poured into this season!!

A Heartfelt Thank You to RCG Parent Volunteers!
HUGE SHOUT OUT TO ALL PARENTS THAT HELPED OUT ALL SEASON LONG with everything from feeding the students, chaperoning, uniforms, building and moving props, pushing equipment, loading/unloading, communication, publicity, and all kinds of organizational aspects behind the scenes to supporting these hard-working students by showing up to performances and rehearsals and cheering them on! We COULD NOT do all of this without your help and each and every one of you is SO APPRECIATED!!! I tried to get around and thank many of you individually on Friday, but if I didn’t get to you, please understand that I REALLY APPRECIATE YOU!!

RCG Chaperones are the BEST!
THANK YOU to all the chaperones who rode the buses through the long days and nights, helped out at football games and kept our kiddos happy and healthy all season! We really couldn't do it without you! I enjoyed getting to know the new parents who stepped up and helped out.

RCG Fees
If a monetary balance exists on a student's account, student will not be allowed to participate in future RCG Marching Band, Winter Guard, or Winter Percussion. Once balance is paid in full, student will be eligible to participate. Depending on timing of full payment, directors will decide participation in respective season.
Please make sure payments are paid in full. We do not want to see a student miss out on a season because fees are not paid.
Payments can be made on the HSE HS Bands’ website or a check payable to HSE Royal Guardians placed in the Drop Box in the band room. Please contact studentaccounts@hsehsbands.com, to discuss concerns on your account.
