School Supply Pick Up

Supply pick will occur on Tuesday, June 2nd, 12:00-3:00 p.m and Wednesday, June 3rd, 8:00-11:00 a.m. In order expedite the process of handling 480+ supply bags, we will put supply bags of all students in the same family with the materials of the YOUNGEST student.

If you have a car rider name tag, please hang it on your rear view mirror to help us with the process.

Please find the time slot for your YOUNGEST child at Westwood. When you pick up, we will hand out the supply bags for all you students.

Please refer to map posted above and below for the route to pick up supplies. All vehicles will pull up to the cones (placed on the sidewalk) at an angle. A staff member will place all supplies in your trunk or hatch. All people in the vehicle MUST remain in the vehicle at all times. We request that you wear a mask when giving the names of your children or speaking to staff.

If there are any books or materials that need to be returned to the school, please place them in a plastic grocery bag and clearly mark the outside to indicate to whom the items belong.

We will bring a bin to your vehicle in which to place all such items.

  • 12:00-1:00 p.m. Kindergarten & first grade
  • 1:00-2:00 p.m second grade and third grade

Several parents have inquired about the process for giving gifts to staff; please know this is never expected. For those of you who have inquired, please clearly label the gift with the name of staff as well as your name & secure in a bag. Someone will collect anything for teachers at your car while delivering student school materials.
