ATTENDANCE!
We are going to require your cooperation with your child's daily attendance. It is important that you send your child/children to school everyday. Daily attendance plays a vital role in the success of your child/children. Every day missed is a day of loss instruction. Our campus goal for attendance is 97%. We can reach our goal if we work together.
MORNING PROCEDURES!
Students may arrive as early as 7:30 a.m. Once a student is dropped off, they will proceed to the gym and wait for teachers. Teachers start picking students up at 7:50 a.m. from the gym. The bell rings at 8:00 a.m. The tardy bell rings at 8:05 a.m. If a student arrives after the tardy bell, they must check in at the front office and they are considered tardy. Students arriving after 8:15 a.m. will need to pick up their attendance card in the front office. Office staff will begin making attendance calls at 8:20 a.m. Thank you for your cooperation with our morning procedures.
DISMISSAL PROCEDURES!
Teachers start dismissal procedures at 2:45 p.m. in the classroom. If you must pick up your child/children early, we kindly ask that you make arrangements to pick them up before 2:45 p.m. as to not disrupt dismissal. All students are dismissed from the gym at 3:20 p.m. to include bus riders. Students who ride the bus are walked, by staff, to the bus from the gym. Thank you for your cooperation with our dismissal procedures.
