EXCITING NEWS

Marketing Center
  • Updates to the Manager Syndication page were released to make it easier to enable/disable available channels (ILS's). This includes the ability for users to modify the lead delivery email and phone for each active channel.


Lead2Lease

  • Updates to the Lead2Lease guest cards were made to reflect only New Resident lease terms. Previously, Lead2Lease cards reflected Renewal and Transfer terms as well.


Classifieds/Posting Tool

  • The LeaseStar Classifieds team is excited to present you with “Smart Posting Schedules,” which will prioritize postings for your available units. With our free enhancement, your available units will be prioritized automatically ahead of leased and unavailable units – improving the overall posting experience and your overall lease conversion!

    How To Enable Smart Posting:
    In Marketing Center (mc.myleasestar.com), under the “Post to Classified” tab, simply click on “Settings and Preferences” and you will find the option to enable this time saving new enhancement.

    Under Unit Availability Posting Schedules, select ‘Yes’.

    Even More Scheduling Enhancements:
    In addition to Smart Posting Schedules, we have also improved the process of adding to and editing your schedules by providing a more intuitive workflow and better optimization for map-based posting.

Syndication

  • Effective immediately, the new Syndication/Feed push times to ILSs/Property Websites will be 6:00 am, 10:00 am, 1:00 pm, 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm (CST).

The Following are your TOP 10 ADVERTISING SOURCES from Jan 1, 2015 to Dec 31, 2015.


  • The Portfolio received 19,364 total leads from these 10 sources (excluding Non-Lead and Duplicate Leads) during 2015.
  • Property Website leads accounted for the most total leads as a source overall.
  • Phone leads accounted for the most leads, followed by email leads, then walk-in leads.
  • From these 10 sources, prospects who found the property by driving by accounted for the highest lead conversion at 15%.
