You may also enter this link by going to the registration page of our district website. You will want to visit this page and download and fill out the following:

You will also be asked to visit and follow the instructions on the Residence Verification link.

This ACMS document captures new student information that is not otherwise captured during the enrollment process. This will help us get to know a little more about your student to make the most of your experience here at Athey Creek Middle School.

You will be using this ParentVue platform throughout your student's time at West Linn School District to check grades and schedules among other important information.

Google Classroom Invitation

Students will be receiving Google Classroom invites in their ACMS school email during the next few days. Students will want to go in and accept the invite; this will give them access to each of the Google Classrooms they will be using for this school year. In each Google Classroom teachers will be embedding a Zoom link and this will be the link students will use for their daily live instruction. Students must be a member of each of their teachers' Google Classrooms in order to have access to the live instruction and the daily learning activities.

If your student does not have an invitation from their teachers before school begins on the 8th, please email the teacher listed on their schedule. You may find a list of all of our staff including emails on on website under Staff Directory.

ListServ Self-Service

We send out a newsletter each week, as well as important emails to families during the year through the ListServ system. These newsletters are important to get information on upcoming school events, PTSA information, school protocols, and community events to list just a few. If you have not signed onto the District ListServ or if you have not updated your subscription to include Athey Creek, we encourage you to do so. To get signed up, go to our website, and click on the shaking hand icon on the top tool bar. To stay bes informed, it is advised to sign up for ACMS-Homes and ACMS- (the year your child will graduate high school). This is a password protected service, as such, we cannot change your subscription in the ListServ system.
