Language Arts:
The students can make inferences about the text and use textual evidence to support understanding.
The students will use adverbs to tell when something happened, happens or will happen.
Math: Students can break apart to multiply.
Science: Students observe and describe different forms of energy in order to understand that energy exists in many forms all around us and can be observed in patterns, systems, and cycles and that different forms of energy have a variety of characteristics and uses
Social Studies: Students describe variations in the physical environment in order to understand where people live influences them, the land, and their culture
Homework:
Reading: Please make sure your child is reading 20 minutes a day and then writing a 3-5 sentence response about what they read in their reading log notebook.
Math: Please make sure to check your child's planner on a daily basis for math homework assignments.

Language Arts:

The students will use adverbs to tell when something happened, happens or will happen.
Math: Students can describe a multiplication expression as a comparison such as 3 x 24 represents 3 times as much as 24.
Science: Students demonstrate and observe how force changes a position to produce work in order to understand that forces change the motion, shape, or position of something made of matter and that motion and force are evident in everyday situation.
Social Studies: Students describe how individuals, events, and ideas have changed communities in order to understand individual make a difference.
Homework:
