This is messy and hard. Focus on "good faith efforts" and document how you are addressing goals and providing accommodations. The best of what I have researched in three key areas are listed below with each grade band having printable, interactive, and providing accommodations options.

ELE & K-8 Content Resources & Supports
Genesee ISD created 5 weeks of printable learning packets with answers for grade K-8, ELA and Math.
Choice boards for K-5 with interactive lessons using a standard deck of cards that could be done with a teacher, para support, or with a parent.
If you're working on number sequence or addition/subtraction goals, here's a routine to practice these skills. It's a teaching strategy that could be done by a teacher, para, or parent using a phone or online platform. Would you like a video of these routines in action?
Providing accommodations and need visuals or additional practice? MathVisuals has short, silent videos ready to share. Math Flips are an improved version of flash cards if you need to provide extra practice with some deeper thinking questions.

Worked examples is an evidenced based and high leverage practice. Use MathByExample.com and download their printable resources to re-teach those crucial concepts including: multiplication, fractions, decimals, and even graphing on the coordinate plan.
Choice boards for grades 6-8 that provide access to grade level content as a interactive teaching tool.
HS Content Resources & Supports
Worked examples is an evidenced based and high leverage practice. Use AlgebraByExample.com and download their printable resources to pre & re-teach all Algebra 1 content.
Use PhotoMath app to create step by step worked examples and to share with parents and students as a UDL support, accommodation, or co-teaching strategy.
