Wellness is practicing healthy habits on a daily basis to attain physical and mental health. So instead of just surviving, you are thriving!
The definition of thriving: grow or develop well or vigorously. That goes well with our Wellness Program. We sure thrived this past couple of years and I want to continue with this growth and development in the upcoming year.
- The 2022-2023 wellness year begins September 1, 2022.
So put your wellness Journey socks on - let’s thrive!

All Teachers know that keeping students organized in class is one thing, but keeping students and parents informed and on track at home is an entirely separate battle. We urge teachers to develop and maintain a low-effort landing page on your school’s website. A WordPress page is a quick and easy solution to making your classwork, class culture, and prolonged efforts visible and accessible for families. A home page offers assurance for parents and students and saves you time organizing kids outside of the classroom. Your landing page could contain a brief welcome message and an autobiographical paragraph about you, or it could be a one-stop page including all of your important links and sites. Let this page be the face that invites students and parents into your class and directs them to Canvas. This quick video tutorial will walk you through the steps of accessing your WordPress page on your school’s website and editing your teacher home page.
