RULE #1 DON'T TEXT AND DRIVE
You are putting yourself at risk by distracting yourself from the road, as well as others passing by. You need to put your phone or whatever you're using aside.
RULE #2 SIGN UP FOR SOCIAL MEDIA SITES
When you have social media (eg. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) you are able to interact with your friends and family via online. This way, you can add your children on to your account so you can keep an eye on them.
RULE #3 DO NOT CLICK ON OP-UP ADS
You will notice that ads sometimes pop-up on the sides of your web page. Do not click these ads because you are putting more viruses into your computer. This is the cause of spyware that you should get checked.

RULE #4 DON'T SEND RISKY TEXTS
You may upset the person you text if you send something that you know will probably make them uncomfortable or upset. Be safe and don't send it.
RULE #5 DO NOT TEXT PEOPLE YOU DO NOT KNOW
Sending texts to someone you do not know is very dangerous. They can swindle information from you and threaten to expose you online.
RULE #6 SPEND LIMITED TIME STARING AT THE SCREEN
If you stare at your computer screen for too long, your eyes will begin to water and it may falter your eye sight. It is best to control the amount of time you spend staring at your iPhone, iPod, computer, laptop, or TV screen.

RULE #7 PUT PRIVACY SETTINGS ON YOUR SOCIAL MEDIA SITES
If you do not put privacy settings on your social media sites, strangers have access to your information, and they could easily track you down.
RULE #8 USE KIND WORDS ONLINE
If you use inappropriate language online, people can report.
Also, it hurts the feelings of others, and comments can be fired back at you that make you cringe.
RULE #9 NEVER EAT OR DRINK OVER YOUR COMPUTER OR LAPTOP
The food may spill or drop onto the device your using. It may damage it, so you need to be aware of the consequences.
RULE #10 DO NOT USE A PROGRAM BEFORE LEARNING HOW TO WORK IT
You may crash the program if you do not know how to use a program. Also, if you do not know how to use a program, you cannot use that software productively. Ask someone for help.
