Athletics
Congratulations MHS Track Members!
The Girls varsity team of Michelle Miga, Haisha Lasluiza, Ana Yakobchuk, Noelani Santos, Janely Munguia, Carly Galvin, and Nicole Ambrose set a new MHS team course record at Phillipsburg. Michelle Miga finished 1st in the Valley Division and 12th in the entire Skyland Conference, and set a new MHS course record at Phillipsburg. To put it in perspective, the best finish a Manville girl has ever had in the Skyland Conference race was 63rd! If the girls had not been promoted to the Valley division last year, they would have won the Mountain Division.
The boys JV runners, Justin Petti, Maddox Brown, and Bryan Fisher finished 1, 2, 3 in the Mountain Division in the JV race.
