Proper Equipment
To avoid getting hurt in football or other contact sports is where the right equipment. Proper equipment for football are shoulder pads, they protect your shoulder, your chest and some of your back. Next is football pants they protect your knees, thighs, tail bone, and hips. Next is helmet it protects your head and face, and the final peice is the mouth guard it protects your teeth. That's the proper football equipment. Before you play football or any sport that involves hitting. You need to warm up. When hurdling do not kick in the collar bone.
