CEA Rock Painting & Vegetable Planting Community Event
The Chatsworth Education Association had great weather and an awesome turn out on May 12! Thank you to all who came out to participate in our combined Rock Painting & Veggie/Herb Gardening event! Bringing the community together was a well needed and well received idea. Thank you to all our dedicated CEA members who helped in any way to make this event happen.
To quote a long time Woodland community family, Chatsworth School graduate and current BOE member, Wil Dirkin; “These kind of events are the kind that stick with kids for a lifetime. Chatsworth kids may not know it now, but one day they will realize just how special this place is.” We could not agree more .... we are SMALL BUT MIGHTY! Special thanks to our local businesses: Face Painting by Erica Saldana, Briand’s Garden Center, and Russo’s Fruit & Vegetable Farm for their contributions to our event.
Be on the lookout for some fun-filled Fall events in the works for the 2021-22 school year.
