  • Eating Unusual foods (Travelers Diarrhea)

  • drinking lots of fluids, however not juices with pulp
  • Chicken Broth
  • Tea with Honey
  • Sports Drinks
  • Lemon-Lime Sodas


Properly handle foods. Because food poisoning is a cause of diarrhea, then you can help prevent this by properly handling foods. Another preventative technique is to wash your hands. This is to prevent the spread of diseases.
