Covid-19 Protocol Updates

9.6.2022 - Updates on Covid Protocols

Currently "Low Risk"

Dear Church,

The CDC has moved Ramsey County to "Low Risk." This was the threshold agreed upon by our Church Council for lifting our mask requirement. Masking will remain welcome and encouraged but will not be required for in person activities.

Medium Risk Protocols:

We return to masks required in the church building. This means, no food or beverage to be served in the building and masking for all indoor activities.

Low Risk Protocols:

While our county is labeled "low risk" we will use the following Covid-19 protocols:

  • We welcome people to wear masks and encourage masks, but masks are not required. We hope that we will each respect one another other’s comfort levels.
  • Anyone who is sick is asked to please stay home and join in worship online.
  • We will continue to ask all volunteers and children to mask in the nursery, as our youngest community members are not able to be vaccinated.
  • Food and drink are allowed in the church.

We will be watching weekly and may decide with very short notice to return to masking in the building as indicated by CDC risk levels.

Worship and church schedules will remain the same, to allow for flexibility as we navigate this next season of the pandemic. We will be invited to sing in worship again. We will not be “passing the peace” or coming forward for communion to allow for everyone to participate in every part of worship as they are comfortable.
