Happy Summer!

It's been a wonderful school year and we've made some great memories! Thank you, parents, for all you've done to support your children and our teachers.

I want to encourage everyone to READ READ READ over the summer! It's the very best thing you can do to prevent that 'summer slide' in your child's reading level.

Be safe! Have fun! And we'll see everyone in August! Be looking for emails from me over the summer about our Fee Days and Open House in August.

Hard to Say Goodbye!

As we say goodbye to the 18-19 school year, we also say goodbye to my right-hand man, Mr. Cobbs. He has taken an administrative position with Greenville County Schools for next year.

Aside from being an outstanding Assistant Principal, Wallace Cobbs is an outstanding person. He will be missed greatly at North Pointe, but we all wish him the very best life has to offer in his move closer to home.

Help me wish him great success in his next chapter! We love you Mr. Cobbs!

Check the Lost and Found, please!

Please go by and check the items around the cafeteria and on the shelving unit. We have many items that will be donated to a local charity if not claimed by Wednesday.

Thank you!

Did you forget to order? You can go online and order! This can be done at any time, though the yearbook will be sent to your home. We do not have additional books for sale at the school. See the form below for order information.

If you have questions, please contact our Data Clerk, Michelle Lynch, at

Form Nurse Debbie...

Parents of students who have medication at school:

Please be reminded that by the last day of school, all medication must be picked up by a parent. We are not permitted to 'send' medication home with students. Any medication which is not picked up by June 6th will be disposed of.

Awards Information

Please do not arrive more than 10-15 min. early to your child's awards day. As you can see, we are back-to-back all day on Monday and Tuesday. Because of this, we will not allow anyone to enter the auditorium until the crowd before them has cleared out.

Each class has their own awards time, so there will be plenty of seating available.

Please park in the front of the school and get a visitor's sticker before going to the auditorium.

Thank you!

Jill Gilreath
