ATTENTION GRADUATING STUDENTS!
Your help is needed!
Interfaith Baccalaureate Service, May 12th
ATTENTION GRADUATING STUDENTS!
A special part of commencement weekend is the Interfaith Baccalaureate Service that will take place the day before graduation ~ on Saturday, May 12th at 2:00PM. in Callahan Theater. Baccalaureate is a long standing tradition at Nazareth where graduates and their families gather to celebrate with songs, readings, reflections and prayers from various religious traditions and spiritual practices. It is an opportunity to give thanks for your time at Nazareth and look forward to the future with hope.
Each year we invite members of the graduating class (both undergraduate and graduate) to help plan the service.
We need your help selecting a theme and keynote speaker!
We also need students who would be willing to assist with music, readings and prayers.
If you are interested in planning Baccalaureate, please attend one of two initial planning meetings on Tuesday, March 6 at 12:10PM or Wednesday, March 7 at 3:00PM in GAC 151. All are welcome to attend!
If you are interested in being a part of the planning and cannot attend either of these meetings, please reply to this email.
We look forward to working with you!
