Obesety is one problem for people that get less than 7 hours of sleep. Lack of sleep affects your appetite so you can be hungary when you really shouldn't be. Naps are another way to get some great sleep. Taking naps actually make you smarter, they make you more alert and focused on tasks or work. Overall, sleeping is very important to a human's health. Whenever you sleep you will feel better and are better, because sleep is the bodies way of fixing everything and getting prepared for a new day.
