Report Cards

Report cards are now viewable on the Campus Portal. Please contact your student's teacher if you have questions about their grades. If you are unable to view your student's report card, contact our office at 970-833-7200.

Tardy Policy

As we start the second semester we are going to be holding students accountable for their tardies. We were very gracious and flexible with tardies as students transitioned back into the building full time. Our tardy policy can be found in the school handbook online on page 6 or in the school planner. Students need to be in the building at 8:30am and will be counted tardy after 8:35am You can monitor your students tardies on the attendance tab of campus portal.

Volunteer Opportunities

We are looking for volunteers to help with duty during lunches and Hawk Days on Wednesday. Lunches run from 11:10-12:40 and Hawk Day is from 10:43-1:49. We always welcome volunteers to greet students to school in the morning or to help in our library. Anyone interested will need to fill out volunteer paperwork and can contact the front office with questions.

Weather Related School Closure Information

BRRRR! Winter seems to have finally arrived! With that in mind, we wanted to remind you of the potential winter-weather scenarios that could impact school schedules. Please know that student and staff safety is our *most* important consideration when making weather-related school decisions.

❄️ Closure - All schools / district offices will be closed. There will be *no* remote learning. Please check your school’s website for the status of afternoon and evening school activities.

❄️ Two-Hour Delay - All in-person school start times and bus pick-up times will be two (2) hours later. All a.m.-only preschool and kindergarten classes will be canceled. Watch for an adjusted schedule from your school.

❄️ Early Dismissal - All schools and district offices will close at a specified time. All afterschool and evening activities will be canceled.

In any of these scenarios, we'll send a message through Infinite Campus, as well as post here and on our website as soon as possible.
