Galileo
A astronomer, has been called a founder of modern experimental science. In 1609, Galileo made the first effective use of the refracting telescope to discover important new facts about astronomy. He also discovered the law of falling bodies as well as the law of the pendulum. Galileo designed a variety of scientific instruments. He developed and improved the refracting telescope, though he did not invent it.
Isaac newton
A scientist named Isaac Newton discovered how the universe is held together through his theory of gravitation.If it wasn't for Sir Isaac newton no one would of known about Gravity.
copernicus
He developed the theory that Earth is a moving planet. He claimed that Earth and the other planets revolve around the sun, which he considered to be Known as the Heliocentric model. Copernicus’s ideas about the roles of the sun and planets were essentially correct. He is considered the founder of modern astronomy.
