Our Mission:
May Teacher Appreciation Week!
Every year, teachers across the country are celebrated during the first week of May for the wonderfully important work they do educating children. Lincoln will be celebrating during the week of May 10. Thank you, PTA and Lincoln families, for always making this week so special for our staff. Please share a photo or words of appreciation for our talented and dedicated staff on social media and we will share your sentiments on our D15 social media sites.
Share your own photo: To make others able to see and enjoy your posts, please include the hashtags #ProudToBeD15 and #ThankATeacher!
Share a story: Fill out this form to share a thank you or a story of how a teacher has helped you/your student this year! We will share as many submissions as we can on our D15 social media accounts.
Return to Learn Survey Deadline is Today!
Thank you to those of you that have already completed the 2021-22 Return to Learn survey. To date, we have had roughly 3,500 families make their learning selection for next Fall. It is vital that you complete this survey by Monday, May 3 so principals can place students into classrooms for next year and so that we can complete staffing assignments.
Please take a few moments to let us know your selection. You will need to complete the survey in your Parent Portal within Infinite Campus.

A Message from WRS PTA:
WE NEED YOUR HELP! We are still seeking a President Elect for the 21-22 school year. Without this critical role, it will put the WRS PTA activities including our Black and Orange Halloween Event, Book Fair and Student/Faculty basketball game in jeopardy for the 22-23 school year. Please reach out to me ASAP if you know of anyone who would be a good candidate. Thank you! Elsa Hall WRS President Elect. elsancc99@gmail.com or 630-728-7893.
Brytebytes Parent Survey Request
Here is the link to the Parent Survey. Students in grades 3-6 in CCSD15 and staff will be taking a survey, too.

Virtual Students who are missing Health Record Requirements
Hello Lincoln Parents,
This a reminder that if your virtual student is currently in Kindergarten, 6th grade, or new to the school district, they are required to have a current school year immunization record and a physical exam. If you have not submitted these records, please do so by May 30, 2021. These health requirements are per Illinois State Law. Please be aware your child will not be allowed to attend school for in-person learning for the 2021-2022 until these health requirements are met. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the school nurse at the information listed below.
Sincerely,
Dawn Plizga, RN, BSN, BS

Registration for Existing Students
Online student registration for the 2021-22 school year is now open. If you have not already started this process for your student(s), please visit our registration page to start this process.
Registration is the first step in getting ready for the up-coming school year. After you register your child online you need to:
Pay student fees. Our student fee webpage outlines the District’s student fee structure and the three ways fees can be paid.
If you have a student that is starting Kindergarten, entering fourth grade, or entering 7th grade, you are required to prove residency in District 15. Our residency webpage outlines the documents you will need to provide to prove residency. All D15 schools’ front offices will be open until 7pm on June 8 and 10 for anyone needing assistance to register their child online or prove residency.
All three steps of the enrollment process must be completed prior to the start of the school year. Families that do not register and, when required, prove residency will not receive information about their school’s school open house event, teacher assignment, class schedule, or bus route until registration is complete.
