Introduction
Anemia is a condition, that is extremely
common. It can affect a lot
of people, and can be deadly. You
should be concerned about Anemia, as it
can be harmful. Luckily, there are
many ways you can avoid/ treat Anemia.
What is it?
Anemia is basically a condition, in which your blood does not contain enough healthy, viable blood cells.

Causes
Anemia is mainly caused by the following things:
-excessive bleeding
-faulty red blood cells
-sickle cell anemia
-iron deficiency
-vitamin deficiency anemia
-destruction of red blood cells
-bone marrow problems

Who is at risk?
Anemia can affect any race, age, ethnicity and group. It can also affect children, women or any other adult that has chronic problems.
Symptoms
Symptoms include:
-Fatigue
-Tiredness
-Pale skin
-Hair Loss
-Short of breath
-Increased heart rate

Treatments
Treatments include:
-Blood transfusion
-Supplements
-bone marrow stem cell transplant
-erythropoiesis stimulating agents
Preventions
Since this condition can be given to you genetically, there is no prevention for that. However, if you do not get it genetically, you must eat a healthy diet, and exercise.
