To ensure I have the very best health I can every day, I will exercise frequently and manage stress and anxiety in a positive way, because a happy body is a result of a happy mind.
I have suffered "pain" in the past. I expect "pain" in my future. But, I will react to that "pain" by seeing it as a positive thing. What I will gain from that "pain" is the knowledge of how to avoid that pain in the future, so I won't experience that pain anymore and I will be a happier person.

I want enjoyment from life. So, I need to surround myself with people who aren't boring, or people who don't want enjoyment. I will surround myself with my current friends.
