Dear Families,

Unfortunately, we cannot celebrate Valentine's Day in the traditional way this year due to concerns with COVID-19. Similar to Halloween, this year our teachers will be creative and do different activities with their students.

Unfortunately, students will not be able to bring in cards, candy or treats to share in person.

Please do not send your students with any kinds of treats, cards or candies to school, as they will not be able to share them.

We are truly sorry for this news, but our teachers will find creative and fun ways to celebrate!

Our School Accountability Report Card is now available to view. This report gives parents and community members information about Maryland Elementary, such as demographic information, curriculum used, and facilities inspection to name a few!

Please CLICK HERE to view our report. It is available in both English and in Spanish. You can also come to our office to request to view our report in person.

We are thrilled to share that Hapara is once again available for our teachers (classic and virtual) to use. This is an important tool to assist teachers with digital citizenship and classroom management. Some important notes:

Hapara is being used to monitor student’s usage on Chromebooks for grades 2-5.

Hapara parent letters have more information. The majority of our students use iPads, however for our upper grades, this information is relevant. Please click on the parent letters below to find out more information!
