Stephen Curry
"Success Is Not An Accident"
Steph Curry, five foot six inches, 15 years old, freshmen in highschool with extreme talent but “could never make the NBA”.
Only his coach knew that Curry was something big. Something big in the body of someone so small. Size caused judgment on Curry and his skills and abilities. He was modest three point shooter.
Wardell Stephen "Steph" Curry, currently a professional basketball player for the Golden State Warriors.
Steph Curry is a very successful NBA player and is considered one of the best NBA shooters in history (considered The Best by some). He was born on March 14, 1988, making him 27 years old. Steph is also 6 foot 2 inches. He is currently married to Ayesha Curry (married since 2011) and has two kids, Riley curry and Ryan Curry. Steph's father, Dell Curry, was also an NBA player and played for teams including the Raptors and the Cavaliers.
How His Mindset Made Him Who He Is Today
Steph Curry was most likely often told he was too small, etc yet he never did stop trying. He knew that he had to try his very hardest to succeed. Back then he got to practices early and left even later and still to today's date it is the same. Curry has been told no by many people and he has built off that. He is never satisfied because he knows he can always do better. He was good in college with his 28.6 points per game which helped him get drafted by the Warriors but as he went on he was never satisfied. He kept on practicing and kept on improving. His constant growth mindset has brought him up and he has now proved to everyone what he is capable of. Curry now holds the record for most 3 pointers with an impressive 272 3 pointers. No matter what Curry is not perfect and will make mistakes but we know that we will learn from those mistakes and keep on improving no matter what.
