This Month in PE

This month we will be focusing on cardiovascular fitness. This is not just students running laps for an entire period. Instead, they will be learning the importance of lifetime cardiovascular health, and also things such as taking their heart rate.

What can you do?

Keep your children hydrated! This is true all the time, but especially during a time where they will be doing a lot of physically demanding activity. Water is by far the best option for hydration. Avoid sports drinks and energy drinks that are loaded with sugar.
