Hello CMS Family,

Report Cards will be mailed home on Friday, June 12.

If your child currently has an outstanding balance for IDs, library books, or our cafeteria, please take care of these payments at your earliest convenience. If your child has money in their cafeteria account, that money will transfer to next school year even if your child will be attending a different school in District 5.

It’s time for Proof of Residence. You may submit your child’s Proof of Residence electronically through the following link: Proofs of Residency Form.
