Spring Concert
This year’s concert was a collaborative effort by the talented Ms. Ford and Mrs. Sanchez! We rocked and clapped along with contemporary tunes of our harmonious chorus and were impressed by the skills of our instrumentalists. Thank you also to Ms. Joy Russell for accompanying the performance and to our staff who volunteered to chaperone the evening.

Drama Club News
Ningaphelewa ngamandla!
“Don’t Lose Your Strength”- The drama club is far from losing strength as we gear up for May- our performance month!
We will be moving to 3 days a week of rehearsals for our 33 Lead roles and 66 Ensemble roles! Our Kindergarten, First and Second grade Citizens of Pride Rock have been hard at work learning their “Opening Number” songs and choreography.
Costumes and props are being created by our Production team and our Public Relations team is generating a buzz throughout the building as they visit rooms to share the wise words of Rafiki to our James Monroe community.
It truly takes a village to put on a production and we are so excited to share our story with an audience very soon!
Stay tuned for ticket sale information.
