-Promotes and sells their one brand of processed junk food that is full of toxic, disease causing ingredients
-Encourages you to snack on processed food instead of whole healthy foods
-They only focus on daily points instead of what is actually healthy
What you can and cannot eat
On the weight watchers diet you can basically eat whatever you want. The only thing you have to worry about is staying in your daily points range.
EX: A sample meal for weight watchers is reduced white bread pb&j sandwich with fried potato chips.
Weight Watchers has an entire book dedicated on what to eat at fast food joints like McDonald's, Taco Bell, etc. so long as you stay within your daily points.
