Illinois Music Education Association's Honors Ensembles

Congratulations to the hard working musicians who auditioned for the Illinois Music Education Association's Honors Ensembles: Logan K, Rachel B, Giovanni M, Claire M, and Ashley P. This is an extremely selective group and we are excited to announce the 3 musicians selected to represent Winston Campus Junior High at this event - please congratulate Logan K, Claire M, and Ashley P!!

ACADEMIC SUPPORT

Falling behind your work? Want to improve your grades? Need a little extra help?

We have Academic Support now open for students to attend during their lunch time and after school. It is a place where students can attend and receive help with their school work as well as having a quiet space to work. If you are interested in your student attending either lunch and/or after school please email Stacy Spiropoulos at Spiropoa@ccsd15.net or call at 847.963.7400 ext. 7540.

Activities This Week

INTRAMURAL VOLLEYBALL

After school intramural volleyball starts Monday October 17th. Intramural Volleyball will continue on Tuesday and Wednesday of next week.

Boys or girls can come to intramural volleyball. Students can take the activity bus home at 3:45

CHEERLEADING

Attention anyone interested in cheerleading! Cheer tryouts will start in a few weeks. The cheer clinic will be on Tuesday, Oct 18 and the tryout will be on Thursday, Oct 20. You must attend both events to tryout. Please make sure you have an updated physical in the office before tryouts. Make sure to join the Tryout Google Classroom for updates. Posters with the classroom code are located around the building. Email Ms. Wagner with any questions.
